Talk to us about GP services and urgent care
The local NHS wants to hear from people across Coastal West Sussex.
NHS Coastal West Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group has launched a brand new survey to hear from thousands of local people about the health services you use, and your priorities for how they could be improved.

The NHS wants to hear from thousands of people so that your views are at the centre of their plans.
The survey focuses on your priorities for the services you receive at your GP practice and the care you receive when you need NHS help and support urgently.
Asking people across Coastal West Sussex
The survey is available online and in hard copy in places you may visit such as GP surgeries, libraries and community centres.
In addition the CCG is working with a company called Latimer Appleby who is conducting telephone surveys on their behalf.
The CCG wants to reassure you that if you receive a telephone call from Latimer Appleby this is a genuine call seeking your views about local NHS services.
The survey will be continuing through October and November and the feedback will be shared widely.
The CCG wants this to be a real opportunity to hear views from across our area, and so we hope you will welcome the chance to take part.
If you have any problems completing the survey, would like it in a different format or language, or would like to talk to us about this survey please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling on 01903 708537.
